It is a compromise giving services that meet with the requirements and specifications of our customers, legal provisions and sector quality standards; in friendly and economically, sociocultural and environmentally sustainable, under the adapted principles specifically in the “Norma Técnica Sectorial NTS-TS 003”. As well as guaranteeing the minor use of natural resources and natural impact, cost reduction, through cleaner production processes and use of eco-friendly products contributing to improve it.
We are compromised to improve constantly, guaranteeing an efficient service, effective, friendly, personalized and reliable, allowing the sustainable development of the agency in every estrategic aspect following these politics:

Worries about the accomplishment of the current normativity applicable to our commercial activity, and specifically to sustainability to the following:
- “Ley 1335 de 2009” Anti-tobacco
- “Ley 679 de 2001” Trade and sexual exploitation with minors through tourism.
- “Ley 17 de 1981” To avoid illegal traffic of wildlife.
- “Resolución 0584 de 2002” That declares wild species threatened within the national territory.
- “Ley 103 de 1991” Cultural heritage traffic
- “Ley 63 de 1986” and “Ley 1185 de 2008” To avoid traffic with cultural goods
This sustainable tourism policy will be updated ever since the circumstances implore to, adopting and posting in both cases new sustainability objectives.
